Our basic management service costs $250, –
per month and includes the following standard services:
• Key management of your villa
• Weekly check and inspection of the house • Bi-weekly report
• 24/7 emergency service
• Reception owners upon arrival at the island • Advice on repairs and renovations
Basic Management & Rental
Our basic Management & Rental service costs $500,-
per month and includes all the above Basic Management services, including the following rental services:
• Thorough cleaning before and after each rental period • Key handover upon arrival of (new) tenants
• 24/7 emergency service
Every real estate is different. That is why we are happy to make a tailor-made proposal that meets all your wishes and requirements. In addition to management activities, we can also take care of all your repairs, (financial and rental) administration, payments to utility companies, calendar management for rental, rental promotional activities, extra cleaning, transport, shopping services and more.

We always work on the basis of fixed contract periods. In this way, we can not only ensure that expectations are clearly established and recorded; we also like to build a lasting relationship with our customers. You can truly rely on us.
We would like to meet you personally. We are happy to do this when you are on the island or via video conference. We also have the opportunity to meet in person in the Netherlands.
After our introduction and inventory of your wishes, you will receive a quote from us. When you accept our terms and conditions, we draw up a contract. From that moment on, we will be happy to (completely) unburden you, so you only have to enjoy the benefits of your real estate on our Dushi Korsou.
The Smiet & Partners initiative comes from Joella and Jean-Pierre Smiet. Joella Smiet is the Managing Partner and manages the organization on the island. Joella has extensive experience as a Facility Manager at a renowned resort in Curacao and has a top network on the island. Jean-Pierre Smiet supports the operations from the Netherlands and has extensive experience as an executive manager within various (international) companies.
